ANAVA SAMUI Construction Progress Update - (2025.12.26)

Since the official groundbreaking ceremony on April 27th, 2025, the construction of ANAVA SAMUI has been progressing steadily and according to schedule. As of 26 December 2025, the construction updates are as follows:

  • Building D: First-floor masonry completed; second-floor masonry approximately 30% completed.

  • Building G: Fourth-floor slab formwork completed; rebar installation approximately 50% completed.

  • Building H: Fourth-floor slab concrete pouring completed.

  • Building J: Ground beam rebar installation completed.

  • Secondary Structure & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Works: 

  • Bathroom guide walls and wall rebar anchoring works: Buildings C, D, E, F: Completed; Buildings A, B: Approximately 50% completed; Building H: Approximately 25% completed.

  • Ventilation & plumbing works: Ventilation vertical pipes completed in Buildings C, D, E, F; Bathroom piping installation in Building F approximately 80% completed.

  • Others Works: 

  • West-side boundary wall: Masonry works completed; plastering approximately 50% completed.
