ANAVA SAMUI Construction Progress Update - (2025.11.18)
Since the official groundbreaking ceremony on April 27th, 2025, the construction of ANAVA SAMUI has been progressing steadily and according to schedule. As of 18 November 2025, the construction updates are as follows:
Phase I Buildings A–F:
- Milestone: The main building structural works for Buildings A–F have all been completed.
Phase II Buildings G–N:
- Building G: First-floor slab formwork installation completed.
Building H: Second-floor column reinforcement completed.
Building K: Foundation short-column casting and foundation wall masonry completed.
Others: West-side stormwater pipe installation 50% completed; west-side boundary wall blinding concrete 50% completed.
