ANAVA SAMUI Construction Progress Update - (2026.01.30)

Since the official groundbreaking ceremony on April 27th, 2025, the construction of ANAVA SAMUI has been progressing steadily and according to schedule. As of 30 January 2026, the construction updates are as follows:

  • Building D: Second-floor masonry work is 80% completed.

  • Building J: Second-floor internal scaffolding installation completed.

  • Building K: Second-floor slab concreting completed; Third-floor column rebar tying completed.

  • Secondary Structure & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Works: 

  • Bathroom guide walls and wall rebar anchoring works: Completed in Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H.

  • Ventilation & plumbing works: 

    Ventilation vertical pipes completed in Buildings C, D, E, and F,  50% completion in Building A; Rainwater vertical pipe installation 50% completion in Building A, 90% in Building E, and 100% in Building F; Bathroom piping works are completed in Buildings E and F, and 50% completion in Building A.
