ANAVA SAMUI Construction Progress Update - (2025.07.21)

Since the official groundbreaking ceremony on April 27th, 2025, the construction of ANAVA SAMUI has been progressing steadily and according to schedule. As of July 21st, here is the latest update on the construction status across different buildings:

Building A: Concrete pouring of the 3rd floor slab has been completed.
Building B: Concrete pouring of the 2nd floor slab has been completed.
Building D: Rebar installation for columns from 2nd to 3rd floor is completed. 40% of formwork setup for the 3rd floor slab is done.
Building H: 50% of embedded MEP works and termite control piping for the 1st floor have been completed.
Building G: Raft foundation concrete has been fully poured.
North side of Building A: Installation and backfilling of the drainage pipeline have been completed.

Building A: Beam and slab formwork installation on the 2nd floor roof, column formwork from 2nd to 3rd floor, rebar installation and embedded MEP works on the 2nd floor slab, and concrete pouring of the 2nd floor slab.

Building B: Rebar installation and embedded MEP works on the 1st floor slab, concrete pouring of the 1st floor slab, and rebar installation for columns from 2nd to 3rd floor.

Building D: Rebar installation for columns from 2nd to 3rd floor, formwork setup for the 2nd floor slab, and formwork assembly for columns from 2nd to 3rd floor.
