ANAVA SAMUI Construction Progress Update - (2025.08.22)
Since the official groundbreaking ceremony on April 27th, 2025, the construction of ANAVA SAMUI has been progressing steadily and according to schedule. As of August 22, here is the latest update on the construction status across different buildings:
- Building A: 30% of the 4th floor slab reinforcement completed.
- Building B: 3rd floor slab concrete pouring completed; reinforcement of columns between the 3rd and 4th floors completed.
- Building C: Foundation raft slab concrete pouring completed; 50% of foundation short columns completed; 50% of foundation retaining wall masonry completed.
- Building D: Reinforcement of columns from the 4th floor to the roof completed.
- Building F: Ground floor concrete pouring completed; ground floor column reinforcement completed.
- Building G: Anti-termite treatment completed; foundation electrical and plumbing conduits pre-installed; backfilling completed.
- Building H: Ground floor formwork, electrical and plumbing pre-installation, and reinforcement completed.
