ANAVA SAMUI Construction Progress Update - (2026.02.27)

Since the official groundbreaking ceremony on April 27th, 2025, the construction of ANAVA SAMUI has been progressing steadily and according to schedule. As of 27 February 2026, the construction updates are as follows:

Building A: Masonry works on the 3rd floor have been completed.

Building E: Masonry works on the 1st floor are 50% completed.
Building J: Concrete pouring of the 3rd floor slab has been completed; reinforcement bar tying for the 4th floor columns has been completed.

Building K: Formwork installation for the 4th floor slab has been completed.

Building L: Foundation excavation has been completed.

Septic Tank No. 3: Top slab concrete pouring has been completed.

Septic Tanks No. 4 & No. 5: Bottom slab concrete pouring has been completed; wall reinforcement bar tying has been completed.

Septic Tank No. 6: Wall formwork installation has been completed.

Secondary Structure & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Works:
Bathroom guide walls and wall rebar anchoring works: Completed in Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H.
Ventilation & plumbing works:
Ventilation completed in Buildings A, C, E and F, 50% completion in Building D; Drainage pipe completed in Buildings A, C and F, 90% completion in Building E.
